Every product listed on Sneakwear is 100% authentic and brand new, sourced from trusted suppliers, official retailers, or verified resale channels. We perform in-house quality and legitimacy checks before any item is dispatched.
We do not deal in fakes, replicas, or factory seconds — authenticity is at the core of everything we do.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed between 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For Delhi NCR, same-day delivery is available on select products.

Orders are fulfilled only after successful payment verification.
3. Pricing & Errors

Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing and product info is accurate, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing or product description error, even after the order is placed.
4. Order Limits & Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or cancel suspicious/high-risk orders.

We may also refuse service to anyone for violations of our policies or terms.
5. Payment Methods Accepted

Online payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets

Cash drop-offs at our locations in Rajouri Garden or Vasant Vihar (Delhi NCR only)

Bank deposit for customers outside Delhi NCR (details shared after order confirmation)
6. In-Store Pickup & Viewing (Delhi NCR)
Customers based in Delhi NCR can opt for in-store pickup from our locations in Rajouri Garden or Vasant Vihar.
You’re welcome to see the product in person before completing the purchase, subject to appointment and product availability.

7. Packaging & Unboxing
All items are packaged securely and discreetly.
To qualify for returns or dispute resolution, customers must record a clear unboxing video that captures all sides of the box and the item as it is removed from packaging.
8. Customer Responsibilities
