Cancellation Policy

At Sneakwear, each product is carefully sourced, verified, and packed with attention to detail. Since we deal in rare and high-demand items, cancellations are allowed only under specific conditions.


1. Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

  • If the item has already been packed or is in transit, the cancellation request will be declined.

  • Same-day delivery orders in Delhi NCR cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are immediately processed.


2. Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • Refusing to accept delivery does not qualify as a cancellation and may result in denial of refunds and additional charges.


3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an eligible order:

  • Email us at sales@sneakwear.in within 12 hours of your purchase

    Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation

Our team will confirm whether your cancellation request is accepted based on the order status.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Orders paid via cash deposit will be refunded to your bank account or offered as store credit (based on your preference)
