At Sneakwear, we’re committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and efficiently. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted delivery partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

Metro cities: 2–5 working days

Non-metro areas: 4–8 working days

Delhi NCR: Same-day delivery is available for select products. Contact us on Instagram or email for same-day requests.
Same-day delivery requests must be made before 2 PM IST and are subject to product availability.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and shown at checkout.
We occasionally offer free shipping during promotional campaigns.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and link.
You can track your order at any time using the provided details.
6. Delivery Delays & Exceptions
Sneakwear is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier company delays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Natural calamities or public holidays

Unreachable customer contact details
We’ll do our best to follow up and help you in case of any issues, but delays in such cases are beyond our control.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened upon delivery:

Do not accept the delivery

Immediately take photos/videos as proof

Contact us at sales@sneakwear.in within 24 hours
We'll guide you through the next steps, including potential replacements or refunds.
8. Missed Deliveries
If you're unavailable to receive your order, the courier will attempt delivery again.
Multiple failed attempts may result in your package being returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Cash Payment Options
We offer cash payment flexibility for our customers:

Delhi NCR Customers:
You can drop off the cash at our physical locations in Rajouri Garden or Vasant Vihar. -
Customers Outside Delhi NCR:
You can deposit the amount in our official bank account. Details will be shared upon order confirmation.
Please note: Orders paid via cash/deposit will only be confirmed once payment is received.
