Refund policy

At Sneakwear, every product is carefully checked for quality and authenticity before it reaches you. However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help — within the terms outlined below.


1. General Return Policy

We offer returns or exchanges only under specific conditions. Please read the points below carefully before placing an order, especially since many of our items are rare, limited-edition, and may not be restocked.


2. Eligibility for Return

You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

To be eligible, you must share an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the condition of the item when received. This video acts as proof in case of damage, defect, or mismatch. The item should be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging You inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product - returns will only be considered if reported within this time window


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Orders where the correct size/product was delivered as ordered

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Products without original tags, box, or accessories

  • Minor manufacturing imperfections or damaged shoeboxes due to transit

  • Any order reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Any order without valid unboxing video proof

Please note: Due to the nature of limited-edition and high-demand products, all confirmed sales are considered final unless an error has occurred on our part.


4. Return Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@sneakwear.in within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and the unboxing video

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2 working days

  4. If approved, a return pickup will be arranged, or we will guide you on how to proceed

  5. Returned items must reach us within 7 days of approval


5. Refunds

Once the returned product passes our internal quality check, your refund will be processed.

You may choose between:

  • A full refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit that can be used for any future purchase

Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed within 5–7 business days

  • Store Credit: Issued within 48 hours after QC approval


6. Exchanges

In the case of a genuine issue (wrong product, defective item, etc.), we will attempt to arrange a replacement of the same item or size. If that is not possible due to unavailability, we will offer you the choice of a refund or store credit.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the given timeline:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement

  • Contact your payment service provider
